The Shakib team is made up of multi-disciplined real estate professionals who have substantial experience in real estate markets
As Director of Estates, Andy is responsible for asset management of the commercial and residential portfolio. He also oversees the property management and lettings teams. Andy sources and reviews new investments with a particular focus on development and opportunities to add value. Andy is a Chartered Surveyor with a post graduate diploma in Surveying from Reading University and has an undergraduate degree in Law & Economics from Oxford Brookes University.
Dominic joined Shakib & Co in 2025, and responsible for accounting, finance and taxation matters. He is an FCCA Chartered Accountant having qualified in 2013. Dominic has previously worked at a variety of enterprises specialising in property investment and development, from PLC’s to owner-managed boutique companies.
Maria is the property manager for the residential portfolio. She joined Shakib & Co in 2019 as office administrator and was promoted to property manager in 2023. Maria is responsible for lettings, maintenance and day to day tenancy management.
Antonio is a Construction Engineer and Building Surveyor with international experience in the construction industry in Spain, Jamaica and UK. He joined Shakib & Co in 2015 as an Architectural Technician and after completing a Master of Engineering in Industrial Management in Helsinki Metropolia University he returned to the company. His main role is to oversee development projects.
