The Shakib team is made up of multi-disciplined real estate professionals who have substantial experience in real estate markets
Maria is the property manager for the residential portfolio. She joined Shakib & Co in 2019 as office administrator and was promoted to property manager in 2023. Maria is responsible for lettings, maintenance and day to day tenancy management.
Dominic joined Shakib & Co in 2025, and responsible for accounting, finance and taxation matters. He is an FCCA Chartered Accountant having qualified in 2013. Dominic has previously worked at a variety of enterprises specialising in property investment and development, from PLC’s to owner-managed boutique companies.
Antonio is a Construction Engineer and Building Surveyor with international experience in the construction industry in Spain, Jamaica and UK. He joined Shakib & Co in 2015 as an Architectural Technician and after completing a Master of Engineering in Industrial Management in Helsinki Metropolia University he returned to the company. His main role is to oversee development projects.
Joshua Gross is a lawyer with experience across private practice, family office advisory and banking in London and Gibraltar. He has advised on a range of commercial, private client and investment matters, including high-value transactions, trusts and real estate investments. His experience also includes commercial litigation and work within a UK-regulated bank on legal, regulatory and compliance matters. Joshua holds an LLB (Hons) and an LLM from University College London.
With a degree in engineering and a natural talent for problem-solving, George has been an invaluable part of our maintenance team since 2022. Whether it’s tackling a tricky technical challenge or finding a practical solution under pressure, he approaches every job with a calm, can-do attitude. Friendly, approachable, and great with people, he knows that good maintenance is about more than fixing things. Outside of work, George is a real foodie and enjoys discovering new dishes, trying different restaurants, and making the most of any opportunity to enjoy good food.
Konrad holds both a degree and a master’s in engineering, bringing technical expertise and a practical, hands-on approach to the maintenance team. Versatile and resourceful, he takes on a wide range of tasks and finds effective solutions to keep operations running smoothly. His engineering knowledge, problem-solving ability and attention to detail make him a valued member of the team. Outside work, he enjoys unwinding with a good film.
After a career as a chef, Allan turned his lifelong interest in property, maintenance and practical work into a new profession. While working in the kitchen, he also completed maintenance and renovation projects in his spare time, building extensive hands-on experience. He enjoys taking on his own DIY projects at home, from repairs and improvements to larger renovation jobs, always looking for the next challenge. His practical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving mindset bring a fresh perspective and a can-do attitude to the team.
With a background in barbering and a passion for gardening, Nino brings a unique mix of creativity, attention to detail, and practical skills to our maintenance team.
After years of making sure customers left looking their best, Nino has swapped the clippers for gardening tools and now enjoys keeping our outdoor spaces looking their best since 2020. He takes pride in his work, has a keen eye for detail, and isn’t afraid to get stuck in when there’s a job to be done. Outside of work, Nino enjoys getting out on the golf course. Whether he’s tending to the garden or working on his swing, he’s always happiest when he’s outdoors.
